The East Bay experiences significant moisture — fog, marine layer, and periodic rain — from November through January. Commercial LED bulbs are fully sealed against moisture ingress, operate cool enough to eliminate overheating fire risk, and maintain consistent light output even in cold, damp conditions. We specifically source LEDs rated for continuous outdoor use in coastal and high-humidity environments.
