Festival of Lights Raffle Official Rules:

1. Eligibility:
– The Festival of Lights Raffle (the “Raffle”) is open to all residents of the nine Bay Area counties in California. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
– Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of East Bay Holiday Lights are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:
– No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
– To enter, participants must submit their name and contact information through the designated entry form on our Facebook page or other social media outlets.
– Each participant may enter only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Prize:
– One winner will be selected to receive a service valued at $1,400, which includes a customized light display by East Bay Holiday Lights.
– The winner will be required to pay only $1 for this service.
– The value of the light display may vary based on travel distance from our service garage in Oakland. A participant closer to the service location may receive a more extensive display than a participant further away.

4. Drawing:
– The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
– The drawing will take place on Friday, November 7th, 2025. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, we will draw another name and begin the process again until an eligible winner is established.

5. General Conditions:
– By entering the Raffle, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the Raffle organizers, which are final and binding.
– East Bay Holiday Lights reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity.
– The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

6. Publicity:
– By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow East Bay Holiday Lights to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

– By accepting the prize, the winner also agrees to allow East Bay Holiday Lights to place a yard sign visible to the street and maintain it through January 31, 2026.

7. Limitation of Liability:
– East Bay Holiday Lights is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or incomplete entries, or any other problems that may affect the Raffle.

– Payments will be processed using any major credit card, debit card, CashApp or other arrangements as needed through the parent company SpotFree Window Cleaning.

– Retail value of prize is up to $1400 USD. Actual cash value is 1/10 of $0.01.
